About Nagham

I'd like to thank you for taking this first step in your mental health journey. It means a lot already that you are here, reading this. A little about me: I am a mother, the founder of Wellness Therapy Center, a first generation immigrant and bilingual (Arabic).

That's my story. Everyone has their own story, and different challenges to overcome. As a counselor, it is my calling and duty to support individuals, families, and couples throughout the healing process. My approach takes from different theoretical orientations but mostly client-centered. I believe each individual brings a unique experience. I work with individuals, couples, and families, exploring thoughts, and unresolved issues.

I believe everyone can benefit from a good therapist. Which is why I encourage you to find self awareness and peace through therapy.

If, as you work with your therapist, you find the dynamic is not working for you, we’ll make a switch to someone else. Above all, we want to ensure the relationship is right for you. The client-therapist relationship is the foundation of a supportive and safe environment. Without this fundamental connection, no meaningful growth can be achieved.
